Note that the form is in no way binding – feel free to ask for a quote on any item you might be interested in, with as many or as few add-ons as you like! Once I’ve gotten back to you with your price quote and time-frame, and you’d like to proceed, there is a binding order form included in the email.
Once you’ve ordered, you’ll get an order confirmation by e-mail; please read this very carefully as this is what I’ll be working from! This also lists your total price. If everything is correct, you can go ahead and pay your total cost using the details provided for your chosen payment option. I will order your materials as soon as I have received your payment or a receipt of it.
I’ll send you a picture update as soon as the materials arrive. I’ll also send you picture updates of the making of the product and a picture once it’s fully complete. If you’re happy, I’ll then send it out to your specified address. Most shipments will come with a shipping number, which I’ll send you once the item has been shipped off.
This varies from customer to customer, depending on the number and types of items ordered, as well as my current workload. The time needed from start to finish can be anything from 2-6 weeks. I will always let you know the time-frame for your order before you finalize your purchase.
No, I order the materials needed per customer, to be able to offer a broad range of materials, colours and patterns. This means that the ordering time is a little longer, as I need to wait for the materials to get to me. However these are all shipped domestically, and shipping times are usually less than a week.
If you want another type of fabric than the ones I list on the Fabrics & Materials page, I highly recommend looking at STOFF & STIL and KORPS for other types of fabrics/patterns. These are reliable sellers, and their pictures are usually very accurate. They also try to be as environmentally friendly as they can, with very fair prices.
Monograms with initials are available on the Monograms page. If you want a logo or text embroidered, please contact me. Send me a clear picture of the design and specify the size and the color(s) you want it in. The maximum size of the embroideried area is 10x10cm.
The price will depend on what you want – just text in a plain font is a lot cheaper than a logo, due to digitizing costs. It takes a surprisingly long time to prepare a file for machine embroidery! If you already have a digitized file you want me to embroider it needs to be in PES or DST format.
All my custom items have this type of pricing to ensure that a customer only pays for their actual material cost.
The Base Price is my price for the work it takes to make a specific item.
The Customer Price is calculated per customer – Your measurements are converted into a rough pattern, and from that, the amount of fabric is calculated. Your fabric choice is then added into the mix, as the different materials have different prices per meter. The cost of any other materials/add-ons is then added. Finally, the total weight of the garment is calculated to get an accurate shipping fee. All of this is then added together to form your Customer Price – to ensure that you only pay for the material needed.
They’re made in Sweden, by me, in a dedicated workroom in my home. Note that I have two dogs running around the house and while I take precautions to limit the amount of fur flying around my workroom – I can never guarantee that an item if 100% free from dog hair.
Ready-to-wear items are fully refundable, excluding shipping. Any refunds will be sent once I have the item – the buyer pays for return shipping. Note that the buyer is responsible for the item getting back to me, so please choose a traceable shipping option. Lost items are not refunded. A return needs to be registered within 14 days upon you receiving the item, and I do not offer refunds for damaged items or items showing signs of having been worn. Never send out a return before contacting me and receiving a confirmation that I’ll be expecting it.
Custom made items are non-refundable, as these are made to your specific measurements and wishes. This is why reading/confirming the order summary is essential, to ensure that you’ll be happy with the item! Digital goods are non-refundable

Items are shipped in the same package if you’ve ordered more than one. Shipments are sent with DHL or POSTNORD, depending on the weight and destination country. All orders are traceable and insured unless otherwise stated (in the order confirmation). If you receive a package that is damaged, DO NOT OPEN OR SIGN FOR IT. Please discuss with your local post office what their policy is for damaged packages, and contact the shipping company responsible.
