For this guide to work for you, you need to have filled in all the Fit Adjustments on the order form.

Otherwise, the apex and bust height is going to be wrong for you anyway. Also, make sure you follow their guidelines for taking measurements very closely! I’d also highly recommend getting the pattern without seam allowance. The guide is in English. The guide does not address any changes above the bust line, as these measurements are usually correct from the start. If they are not correct, you need to contact Bootstrap Fashion as it is probably something that is incorrectly measured.

When you have finished your pattern, I strongly recommend that you do a mockup first in a cheaper fabric to see that everything works and is correct. Depending on your changes, there is a risk that you will need to adjust some seams and other details.
